How do I sell my work on Kelly Drive?
We are always looking for fantastic folks to showcase in our collection. If you make or design products for the home- from furniture to lighting, pillows to tableware and everything in between, we'd love the chance to check out your work. Just send a note to hello@shopkellydrive.com for a password to our online application. We review all applications personally and will respond within 10 days.
What kind of work do you accept for consideration?
Taking cues from our proprietor's background as a designer of furniture and interiors, we focus solely on home decor in our collection. Jewelry, fashion, prints, graphic designs, artworks and other non-interiors items therefore will not be reviewed... All that said, BE CREATIVE! Aren't knobs and pulls just jewelry for doors? Can't a graphic print be put on a textile or even a shower curtain? We strongly encourage non-designers to use their talents in creating home decor goods that are thoughtful and innovative. In fact, it's some of the best stuff we showcase!
What is your privacy policy?
Kelly Drive respects your privacy and will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away to third parties any personal information that you offer during your visit. We reserve the right to make use of your info for our own marketing in keeping you informed of special events and promotions.
How do I know I can trust you with my credit card information?
Kelly Drive's secured socket layer (ssl) uses the latest, industry-standard 256-bit encryption technology to ensure that your personal information (especially your name, address and credit card number) stays out of the wrong hands, and cannot be read or intercepted as it travels to our payment processing system. Look for the https:// in the address bar of your browser when you checkout - the 's' stands for 'secure'.
If you do not feel comfortable with using your credit card online, you can call us at 215-792-6629 or email us hello@shopkellydrive.com with your order information, your address and phone number where you can be reached. We will then call you for your credit card information.
What if I forget my password?
If you have an account with us and you have forgotten your password, enter your username or your registered email address (if you have forgotten your username too) in the "Username:" field of the form for logging in, then click the "Recovery" button. The system will attempt to locate your account, and it will email you a password recovery link, which you can then use to reset your password and regain access to your account.
What kinds of payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover as forms of credit card payment and Paypal. Sorry but checks and mail orders just won't do.
Do I have to pay tax on my order?
We collect 6% Pennsylvania sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Pennsylvania and an additional 2% to orders placed in Philadelphia. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.
How does shipping work?
All orders are usually processed and shipped out within a week directly from the product designer. Some items are made-to-order and their processing times are quoted on the individual product page. Kelly Drive is not responsible for handling any product and all shipping responsibilities rest solely on the individual designer. Transit times are provided by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx or freight) and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. All shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address. We will put you in touch with the appropriate designer and make sure your order is handled with care.
Do you provide international shipping?
At this time, we are only able to ship within the continental United States, sorry!
What if I want to return or exchange my order?
With the exception of vintage items (see below), returns are gladly accepted within 14 days for store/website credit or exchange. We do not provide refunds or cash back. Please note that sale items or items purchased using a discount code are issued an exchange or store credit only. All returned items must be returned in original, sealable and unused condition with the original packing materials. Please make sure that items are well packed (additional packaging may be necessary) and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
To make a return or exchange, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number. To obtain this, please email us at returns@shopkellydrive.com and include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are returning in the body of the message. We'll then reply back with your RMA #, which you'll need to include in the address field of your package. This RMA # is very important to ensure proper tracking and handling of returned goods. Do not return any product(s) until you have received an RMA #.
Upon receipt of the shipment, Kelly Drive will contact you by email to confirm your website/ store credit. Please reference your RMA number when calling to check on the status of your return.
Can I return vintage items?
All sales on vintage items are final (we do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges on these items). We describe all vintage items, through both photography and copy, as accurately as possible, If you have any questions or concerns at all about a particular item, please make sure to contact us before you make your purchase.
What if my merchandise arrives damaged or defective?
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please notify us immediately. Please email orders@shopkellydrive.com for a return authorization on damaged items.
What if I want to cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
If you want to cancel or change your order please email or call us as soon as possible: orders@shopkellydrive.com or 215-792-6629. If your order has not yet been shipped we will be happy to make any changes or cancel your order. In the event your order has already shipped, we gladly accept returns within 14 days. What if an item is listed as "Sold" or is otherwise out of stock?
While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item you order may not be available. A few of the items on the website always need to be special ordered because we don't keep them in stock. In those cases, the production time is indicated on the product information page. Of course, we are more than happy to coordinate custom orders as well!
How do I place a custom/special order?
Some specialty items are only available as a custom/special order. We are always happy to place special orders on your behalf. All special order options are clearly labeled as such on the product page. Lead times for these items can also be found on the product page. If you have any questions about special orders please contact us hello@shopkellydrive.com and we will assist you further. All special orders are final and cannot be exchanged or returned except in the event of damaged or defective goods.
